THE WORLD IS CHANGING AND IT`S INVITING US TO CONNECT DEEPER WITH EACH OTHER!

IN GRATITUDE...

𝐘𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 (𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗶𝗶, 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼, 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮)

 This was the last meeting for us after we have met up on zoom, over the last 6 month. This night Krystle invited us into a mirror exercise that turned out so beautiful and heartfelt, that we all were sitting there crying In The end.

This touched me deeply and it made me start reflecting;

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧? 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙚 𝙜𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙨 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨?

 This Magic moment opened my heart in so many ways, and gave me so many insights (and tears of gratitude) 𝙄𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙈𝘼𝙂𝙄𝘾  The energy each and every one of us are bringing, and the way we meet up, in our own presence.

When people really see you- even if they 6 month ago was strangers.

When we show Gratitude for the Uniqeness in each other. To see the light turned on in the eyes, and feel the heart energy that was opening between us. The deep connection was felt in the room.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝘀.

It’s often hard to see ourselves clearly, and when others tells us what they see in us, from their heart - it’s an invitation to start remembering our selves even more.

When I was listening from my heart to what the others shared with me, I was really touched;
“𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡. 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙄 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤. 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪 - 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡.”

She was crying when she told me this - and I was so touched by this strong beautiful woman who really meant every word of what she said. It was like her Soul was speaking through her, and it really hit me deep.

𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞. 𝐈𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐚𝐦, 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞, 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦, 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 - 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨.

Every time I can open a heart, turn on the light in somebody’s eyes I feel so blessed- for the work I do, and the change I can be in the world, just being myself.

𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 is 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.

The world is changing and it’s inviting us to connect deeper with each other. It’s time to Remember…who we are - and why we are here… Are you ready too…?
